איסוף מוצר ישן מהלקוח לפי החוק לטיפול סביבתי בציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני ובסוללות, התשע"ב-2012 ("החוק"):

בישראל קיימת חקיקה המסדירה את איסוף ומיחזור מוצרי חשמל ואלקטרוניקה ישנים, שמטרתה להפחית את הפגיעה בסביבה ולעודד מיחזור נכון של חומרים מסוכנים. על פי חוק לטיפול סביבתי בציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני ובסוללות, התשע"ב–2012, ספקים ויבואנים של מוצרי חשמל מחויבים להציע שירות של איסוף מוצרים ישנים מבית הלקוח בעת רכישת מוצר חדש מאותו סוג.

החברה לא תפנה מוצרים ישנים בהתאם למקרים הקבועים בחוק.
ככל שנדרש פינוי חריג הכולל תוספת תשלום בהתאם לתעריף הובלות חריגות, החברה ו/או מי מטעמה יעדכנו אתכם ויקבלו את אישורכם מראש.

פינוי פסולת אלקטרונית

סעיף 30 בחוק לטיפול סביבתי בציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני ובסוללות, התשע”ב- 2012 מטיל, בין היתר, חובה על משווקים של ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני המתאים גם לשימוש ביתי לקבל מהלקוח או ממי מטעמו, במועד המכירה או במועד האספקה, פסולת ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני שמקורה בציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני דומה, והיא בכמות או במשקל הדומים למוצר הנמכר, ללא דרישת תשלום או תמורה אחרת על כך.

“ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני”- בהתאם להגדרה בחוק. הגדרה זו אינה כוללת רכיבים של ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני וחומר מתכלה שהוא חלק מציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני.

“ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני דומה”- ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני מאותה קבוצת סיווג שנועד לשימוש דומה לציוד הנמכר, בלא תלות בשם היצרן או היבואן או בסימן המסחרי של פסולת הציוד והסוללות (להלן- “הציוד הישן”), לדוגמה – במידה ורכשתם מקרר בנפח פנימי של 200 ליטר לא יפונה מקרר בנפח פנימי של 600 ליטר ללא תוספת תשלום.

 

  
פסולת אלקטרונית הוראות פנוי ציוד ישן:
• הציוד הישן יפונה על ידי רק כאשר הוא יכול לעבור בבטחה ובחופשיות את המפתן, את הפתחים ואת המעברים של הדירה ושל הכניסה לבניין ולחצר הבניין, ללא צורך בפירוק נוסף, בהפרדה או בניתוק של חלקים ממנו או מתשתית המבנה.
• לפני פינוי הציוד הישן, יש לנתקו מחשמל, מגז או ממים, מרהיט אחר או מכל חיבור לתשתיות הבית או לחפצים אחרים. במעמד הפינוי לא יבוצע ניתוק מהקיר או מתשתיות אחרות.
• יש לתאם מראש בעת רכישת המוצר ולעדכן את המוביל בזמן תיאום האספקה.
• הציוד הישן יפונה כשהוא ריק ונקי. לא תפונה פסולת שאינה פסולת ציוד חשמלי ואלקטרוני.
• הציוד הישן יפונה כשהוא שלם, קרי לא פורקו ממנו חלקים.
• לא יפונו חלקי מוצר ניתקים או מחוברים שאינם נמצאים בציוד הישן במועד הפינוי ואינם חלק ממוצר חדש דומה.
• מפנה הציוד הישן לא יידרש להמתין מעבר ל-10 דקות לצורך ביצוע פעולת הכנת הציוד הישן על ידי הלקוח.
• לא יפונה ציוד ישן העלול לסכן את בריאותו ו/או בטחונו של מפנה הציוד בעת הפינוי, כגון פסולת ציוד וסוללות מזיקה.

פינוי חריג:
במקרים אלה, הנחשבים לפינוי חריג, אנו נהייה רשאים לדרוש מכם ומראש תשלום.
• אם הציוד הישן נמצא בקומה שלישית ומעלה בבניין שאין בו מעלית.
• לא ניתן להשתמש במעלית כדי להוריד את הציוד הישן. אף אל פי כן, ככל שתובילו בעצמכם את הציוד הישן לכניסת הבניין, לא ייגבה תשלום בגין הפינוי.
• כשהובלת הציוד החדש מתבצעת באמצעות מנוף, ניתן יהיה לגבות תשלום נוסף לצורך פינוי הציוד הישן על-ידי אותו מנוף.
• כשיש צורך בפירוק חלק מהציוד הישן (לדוגמה: פירוק דלת של מקרר).


בהתאם לחוק במכירה של מוצרים קטנים ו/או סוללות, בנוסף לאפשרות השארת הציוד הישן אצל השליח, ניתן גם להשליך את הפסולת בכל אחת ממאות הנקודות של תאגיד מאי אשר פרוסות ברחבי הארץ.
